These Terms govern use of TOLD, operated by BLG Solutions shpk ("we", "us"). By using TOLD, you agree to these Terms.

Service

TOLD helps users record memories, transcribe voice recordings, edit memoir text, organize chapters, invite other people to add versions, and export or share stories.

User Content

You keep ownership of the memories, text, audio, photos, and other content you submit. You grant us permission to process, store, display, edit, and transmit your content as needed to provide the service.

Permission to Share

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit and share content, including stories about other people. Do not submit illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

AI Output

TOLD may use AI to generate edited text, titles, tags, questions, and suggestions. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and editing final text before using or publishing it.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us at irina230725@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You may not use TOLD to violate laws, infringe rights, harass others, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these Terms when needed.

Disclaimers

TOLD is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BLG Solutions shpk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of TOLD.
