We may collect account information such as name, email address, Telegram account identifiers, authentication data, and app settings.

We collect content users create in the app, including memories, text answers, voice recordings, transcripts, edited stories, chapters, shared links, guest versions, and uploaded photos when provided.

We may collect technical data such as device information, app version, IP address, log data, diagnostics, and security events.

How We Use Data

We use data to provide the app, create and edit memoir text, transcribe voice recordings, organize memories into chapters, generate exports, support sharing features, maintain security, fix bugs, and respond to support requests.

AI Processing

User text, transcripts, and clarification answers may be processed by AI services to clean transcripts, edit stories, suggest titles, classify chapters, and generate follow-up questions. Do not submit information that you do not have permission to share.

Sharing

Users can create private share links to invite another person to add their version of a memory. Anyone with the link may view the shared memory and submit a response until the link expires or is disabled.

Service Providers

We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, databases, analytics, email, speech-to-text, AI processing, and customer support. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.

Retention

We keep user data while the account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Users may request deletion as described below.

Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion of their personal data by contacting us at irina230725@gmail.com.

Children

TOLD is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can delete it.
